Got Haze??
Kuala Lumpur was blanketed by thick suffocating haze for days last week. Combination of open burnings, dry weather and strong wind from the neighbouring land (...or maybe perhaps from those smokers out there? :D....heaven knows) seemed to be the perfect recipe for the smoky heaven. Now that people leaves home with masks of their fancy, almost like a fashion statement of some sort. And of course, allergy cases are on the rise.
Hazy day; The Petronas Twin Tower (@lunch)

Clear Day; Suria KLCC view

Being a 'house cat', you are the lucky one. Need not to go out work but just lazying about the house and watching tv. A friend complained that her puppy is somehow affected by the haze, making it inactive and ..."achoooo!!"..sneezing. This reminds me of an occasion back then when I heard you sneezing after a meal. Recently, you developed this weird "coughing" incident that almost sounded like you were choking!! (..no wonder your sex-calls sound messy.....I bet the neighbouring she-cats can vouch for that...:P). Another friend said I should not be worry about the coughing because you could just be trying to "hairball". I wish that the hairball won't be a bother to you....else, I might have to shave your whiskers..hihihi..Baron Paws A Lot?..oh no..Barren Paws A Lot!

Now that the hazy days are over, everyone is crazily normal..(except for them smokers...? :P). And it's time to take you out for a walk again...

" Boy, I must look good..Oh O..where is my thing?? Or is it the haze?"

"When I was Small and Mr. Moose was Tall"
I was listening to the Bee Gees' song..First of May one day..and can't help thinking that I never measured how fast you have grown...until recently when Mr. Moose came to my aid. I got you Mr. Moose thinking that it would be your best lil pillow to cuddle up on cold nights. You were almost as tall as Mr. Moose @ 6 weeks old! And look at you now...snoozing away next to your old lil Mr. Moose!.
"Note that Paws is cuddling Mr. Moose".

Note that Mr. Moose is still small? :P

Cat Watching Cats
I just found out that you like to watch the TV..especially when I was watching the Animal Planet. Thinking it was a fluke..I made a point to tune to Animal Planet whenever it shows the chimps, Big Cats, small cats or birds..things that you might bumped into in the wild. Amazingly enough, I got you glued to the tv!!. As simple as that, I would turn on the Animal Planet everyday when I'm out to work.

"Aren't cheetahs the oddest animal? They've got spots all over!!"

I wonder if cats do have the vision like us human? Or do cats emotionally react to the scenes on tv, just like human do? I know well that you become so excited to see anything that moves during our outdoor walking sessions..be it birds, "cicak (Malay word for lizard)" or..just another "kucing (Malay word for cat)" in the neighbourhood. And you would chatter upon seeing your favourite things..so much so, I could guess what's around just from your "calling"...as if we are conversing! Sometimes, I wonder if you realized that you ARE a cat..or maybe a mommy's boy for that matter? I don't blame you..simply because I still figuring out who am I in this world. :P

Happy Birthday My Wegi, "Sir Paws A Lot"

You came into my life at the age of 6 weeks. First born kit of mommy Norwegian Forest Cat and daddy Persian, you have always been the most active of all siblings. Eerie thoughts and doubts cast over my mind on whether or not I'm able to raise you. Naturally, upon looking at those tiny paws and twisted whiskers, I can't help but to love you all my life.

"Coffee? Tea? Milk?....Powdered or Condensed?...naaahh I want mommy's!

Paws @ 6 weeks old.

Getting a name wasn't hard at all. With color-point light grey, or we call it "Lilac", a friend was tempted to call you "LABU" ..lol..as in KELABU..or LABU LABI..just for the fun of it..but naaayyy..you are too cute for that. "PAWS" is more like it..since you have rather big paws for a 6-week old kitten. Only months after that, you've becomed the Sir Paws A Lot...my only Lancelot.

"Is this how they posed?"

"The next Wolverine in the making..am I?". Paws @ 3 months old.

This blog came in too late..you have grown right before my eyes! I can't believe that you are now 1 yr old. I probably need to find you a queen for your birthday gift..since you've been so busy "meowing" all nite!. O well..it is too soon for you to become a stud anyways..But I sure agree that you are the most eligible tomcat in da block!! .

"Ya right....".

"I can be COOL..with my furry neckline and all..."

Paws @ 8 months old.
